RecondConcept i Ånge AB is entering a new phase after sixteen years as a family-owned company. The business was founded by Nils-Erik and Carina in 2009 and has since developed the market within chemical cleaning and challenged traditional ways of working. On the first of December, SVB will take over as the new owner and acquire all shares in the company.
Over the years, the business has grown step by step with a focus on building specialist expertise in chemical cleaning. With the acquisition, the company gains the opportunity to continue driving this development with broader resources and the support of a larger organization. The goal is to secure quality and availability for the future and to offer customers the same reliability as before, but with more possibilities.
SVB has more than 30 years of experience in industrial and environmental remediation and operates nationwide through local units in Tyringe, Karlshamn, Stenungsund and Hudiksvall. The company is part of the Finnish group Lassila & Tikanoja Oyj, a publicly listed player in the circular economy. With solid experience, a modern machinery fleet and certified processes, SVB delivers high-quality turnkey solutions without compromising on safety, working conditions or environmental responsibility. The company has a turnover of around 250 million SEK and approximately 100 employees.
The acquisition gives RecondConcept access to additional resources, technology and capacity, creating greater opportunities to further develop the company’s methods and expand its capabilities within chemical cleaning.
What happens now?
Operations in Ånge will continue as before. The staff remains in place, and customers will meet the same people, the same points of contact, and the same ways of working. Philip and Nils-Erik will continue to lead the daily operations and ensure that the company’s focus and expertise are maintained.
After sixteen years as an independent company, this marks an important chapter in our history. The acquisition creates opportunities to strengthen and further develop the proven methods that have been built over the years, and helps ensure that the high level of quality can continue into the future.
